Daily Prompt: Tree

Tree. A metaphor for life. Plant your roots, let them spread as far as they can reach. Stand up straight and tall, no matter how hard you are pushed continue to stand. Let your branches reach out and produce beautiful fruit. Exist solely on the pure goodness of sun and water. The winds of change my come, you may loose a little of yourself, but you’re a tree, the wind will not completely destroy you. Take the time to be dormant, to rest, but when the new season comes you will be bigger, bolder and more beautiful than before. And if you have a firm foundation, you will be a legacy for years to come.
