I will admit it-this morning I woke up in an awful mood. Was it the Monday blues? Partially I suppose. I know I did not want to go to work this morning. But I know that there is more to it. I went to bed in an awful mood.
Feeling guilty or selfish for doing something for yourself is common, especially among men and women with families to take care of. But if you're no doing what's best for you sometimes, how can you do what's best for them?
Don't let anyone or anything deter you from your goals! There may be a few obstacles in your way. You may even have to start all over again. But don't give up, stay focused and driven, you will get there!
